1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using URL9X, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our service.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

URL9X is designed for creators, marketers, businesses, and individuals seeking clean short links with custom social previews and human-focused analytics. You strictly agree NOT to use URL9X to shorten or promote:

Malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or spyware.
Phishing campaigns, credential theft, or deceptive impersonation.
Unsolicited commercial email (spam) or automated mass-messaging abuse.
Illegal material, non-consensual content, or hate speech.
Content that infringes on the intellectual property or trademarks of third parties.

Any link found violating these terms will be immediately terminated without prior notice, and offending accounts may be permanently banned.

3. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive for 99.9% service uptime via Google Cloud Platform's anycast infrastructure. However, URL9X is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with or without notice.

4. Traffic Shield Bot Filtering

Our Traffic Shield automated bot filtering algorithm analyzes requests in real time to filter non-human traffic from click counts. While highly accurate, we do not claim 100% perfection across all edge cases.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, URL9X and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international internet commerce regulations and the applicable local laws without regard to conflict of law provisions.
